Care Crew was created by an Arizona nurse who spent more than 15 years caring for individuals in psychiatric hospitals, long-term care facilities, acute rehabilitation centers, and in-home nursing settings. Over those years, she witnessed how often families of individuals with developmental disabilities struggled to navigate a complicated system. Many felt overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure who to turn to when nursing support was needed. The agency was born from a desire to change that experience.
Our leadership team brings together more than 50 years of combined healthcare experience, and we all share the same belief that guided Care Crew from the start: families deserve clear guidance, accurate documentation, consistent communication, and care that honors the individual behind the service.
Instead of rushing toward size or sacrificing connection, Care Crew was built on intention, clarity, and advocacy. As we grow, these values remain the heart of how we serve every member and family.
Our goal is to support individuals with developmental disabilities in a way that never reduces them to a task or a number. We stay compliant because safety matters. We stay organized because overwhelmed families deserve steadiness. We stay personal because care is relational at its core.
Care Crew exists to bridge the gap between clinical requirements and human connection. We advocate for members, collaborate with Support Coordinators, and maintain open communication so no one feels lost in the system. Every visit, every plan of care, every conversation reflects our promise: steady support, professional integrity, and care that feels human.
Our Mission To provide reliable, skilled nursing support to patients in a way that honors their dignity, reduces caregiver stress, and keeps care teams connected and informed.
Integrity – We follow the rules even when nobody is watching.
Steadiness – We show up, communicate, and follow through.
Compassion – We meet members and families where they are.
Collaboration – We work closely with all members of the care team.
